For a professional sports team to be successful, the players and the coaches all need to understand the game plan and the part they play in it. It's only by knowing the strategy for every game that a team can leverage their own strengths, exploit the competition's weaknesses, and then flawlessly execute the tactics necessary to put a check mark in the "W" column. 

The same is true of a team's marketing strategy. As Milwaukee's NBA franchise, the Milwaukee Bucks also have a game plan that includes a complete array of Social Media marketing efforts - informing, entertaining, engaging, selling and servicing. And just like the players at game time, flawless strategic and tactical execution is the key to success. 

As the Vice President of Digital Platforms, Mike Grahl oversees all digital marketing efforts for the Milwaukee Bucks which include team website, email, mobile and social media marketing. Mike is in his 16th season with the Bucks where he began his professional career in the Sales and Marketing Department. Mike has led the Bucks digital marketing efforts for the past 14 years and he'll be sharing the lessons he's learned as he continues to grow the team's digital presence with a focus on content creation, fan engagement, brand building and revenue generation.
