You can’t manage what you can’t measure. As Digital Media Specialist for Milwaukee’s Potawatomi Bingo casino, Chris Graham has mastered both the management and the measurement of the operation’s Social Media efforts.  In this session, Chris will share the secrets of the tools and tactics he uses to assure that those efforts stay on message, on track and on-target.

A creative kid with an eye on analytics—that's how Chris Graham describes himself. "It's always great to see a Facebook post start a conversation or shared, but I always want to know 'why' and 'how' that post did so well." Overseeing the social media accounts for and connected with Potawatomi Bingo Casino is just one of Chris's responsibilities. He also gets down and dirty into the digital analytics of email, web ads, pay-per-click campaigns and other forms of digital advertising for the Casino.

"But how did he get started," you might wonder. Combining his love of Milwaukee, brunch and social media, he started a little blog called MilwaukeeBrunchReviews.com in 2011 and explored some of our city's unique brunches. Between the blog, Facebook page and twitter account, Chris helped highlight the truly unique and amazing brunch culture Milwaukee offers.

Today, when Chris is off his smartphone and away from a computer, he stays connected to the Milwaukee food scene through #MKEFoodies, binge watching Doctor Who on Netflix and enjoys traveling to the Northwoods to relax and visit family.
