Paul Stillmank is Founder and CEO of 7Summits, a Social Business Agency head-quartered in Milwaukee Wisconsin with additional offices / resources in Chicago, Denver, New York and Austin. Paul oversees the company's strategic initiatives and overall direction. He launched the company in 2009 with an emphasis on social marketing services, employee centric online communities, customer and consumer centric online communities, socially-enabled business processes and the advisory services necessary to develop a strategy and see it through to successful activation and business value realization. Paul has a proven track record of growing successful businesses that includes over 15 years in consulting and social / digital / interactive industries. 7Summits is a Wisconsin Future 50 company and has been recognized with numerous industry awards for its work including the Forester Groundswell Award for Social Depth. Paul attended the inaugural SMUM in 2009 right as his company was getting off the ground.

Prior to founding 7Summits, Paul pent two years as VP Global Marketing Solutions for Manpower Group, establishing Manpower's global online job board in over 20 countries and 25 languages supporting over 8 Million registered users. Previously, he established the National Solutions Group and served in executive management, sales, marketing and delivery positions at Whittman-Hart, a Forrester ranked interactive agency and consultancy. Before joining Whittman-Hart, Paul spent a 10 year career at Rockwell Automation in new product development. Paul received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Marquette University.
