Having your site come up high in the search engines doesn't just happen by accident. A critical element of a successful Web presence is a well-crafted search engine optimization plan and properly executed, measured and improved search engine placement goals. But just as the experts were figuring they had mastered the art of SEO, along came Web2.0 to complicate matters. The impact of Social Media on your sites' positions in Google, Yahoo, and MSN (now Bing) adds a whole new dimension to any brand's SEO strategy. This session will explain the basics of SEO to help you understand how Social Media is turning that whole discipline on its ear by changing how people use Search Engines to make buying decisions. And most importantly it will tell you what you need to do to capitalize on it.
